The Flock Safety Network Has Created Numerous Concerns

• The Flock network's primary purpose is to collect your personal location history, and sell it for profit.
• Americans didn't give Flock consent to follow and record their movements across town, or the entire country.
• We give cell phone carriers consent to track our movements, because it's required for our phones to
  work properly.
• Flock uses law enforcement like a useful tool. Using the system violates an officer's oath to uphold the U.S. Constitution.
• The Flock surveillance system is disguised as a law enforcement tool that pretends to "solve crimes".
• The FBI says the Flock network hasn't solved more crimes than police did before the Flock network
  was installed.
• Surveillance networks don't solve crimes; good police departments do.
• A warrantless search is executed each time an officer searches a tag number in the Flock network database.
• The Supreme Court says using technology to search a person's movement history requires a warrant. (Carpenter v U.S. 2018)
• City Councils are empowering police departments to commit 4th Amendment violations against their constituents.
• Cities are spending hundreds of thousands (millions in some locations), of taxpayer dollars to stalk
  the taxpayers against their will. That is the classic description of tyranny.
• Updating department policies and implementing stricter usage rules of the system does nothing to
  solve the root problem. The only solution to the constitutional crisis created by the surveillance
  network, is to completely dismantle it.
